"I have worked with AM Property Management (Andy and his team) for almost 10 years now. They have been managing my rental unit for 5+ years.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that I am in the rental business because of AM Property Management. They are very knowledgeable, always have my best interest in mind. Any time there are issues with rent, I know that AM Property Management will be there on top of things. They are very professional and responsive. They deeply care about the quality of service they provide to both landlord and tenants.
Just to give couple of examples of their professionalism. Once, tenants complained about smelling gas in the house (it was around 10 PM). AM Property Management Team was onsite advising tenants about what to do. They ensured that gas was turned off, PG&E was called onsite and issues were addressed. During all this, they also kept me informed about the progress they were making in addressing the problem.
Few months back when my long term tenants turned over, AM Property Management was there to manage the tenant check-out. Inspecting the property and ensuring any contractual obligations were addressed by tenants. Before finding new tenants, they also had a checklist of things they wanted to get done. AM Property Management provided me with cost estimates proactively and got my approval before enacting on the checklist items (such as a quick touchup paint job, new carpet in the high traffic area etc..).
